In the mobile applications area, we consult and provide assistance for the data access facility of mobile end devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) to the SAP system landscapes of our customers. This is done in consideration of our core expertise in technology and security methods. Additionally, in association with our partners, we can cover specific business demands from the HR areas with joint responsibility.
So it would be possible to implement the SAP talent management in the recruitment process through mobile applications in a use case. We achieve this with the following steps:
- We implement „Mobile Computing for HCM” by means of a detailed road map, based on a granular assessment which takes its overall HCM process chains into account.
- We integrate the HCM services into the processes and front-ends (smartphones, tablets, etc.);
- We build up their HCM process steps ideally through mobile processes which guarantees higher actuality and time saving;
- We take security into account in front-end, back-end and infrastructural environments
- We have the Know How HCM process as well as the technical Know How of SAP mobile
