SAP GRC Business Analyst – Senior Consultant
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
We require a Senior, experienced consultant to lead SAP GRC & Security (including IDM) projects within the Melbourne/Sydney Market. He/She must have: Demonstrated capability as a team lead and team player with medium and large projects. Ability to manage and demonstrate capability in handling concurrent tasks Proven experience in complex GRC and Security implementations and Rollout projects. Demonstrated capability to position GRC, Security and IDM solution sets and develop customer road maps. Ability to articulate the business value and drive the implementation of SAP Best Practice for GRC, Security and IDM within a variety of customers. Experience in the design and implementation of SAP security and authorizations would be highly desirable.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Be a trusted advisor to the customer and to partner base in terms of GRC, Security and IDM Best Practice and make recommendations in terms of customer short, medium and long term strategies. Implement GRC, Security & IDM applications, including workshopping with customer, delivering blueprint and other required documentation, configuration of system, testing of systems, designing training material and delivering training when required in the project environment. Facilitation of Business Concepts of Role design especially in the area of segregation of duties conflicts taking SAP Best Practice into account. Facilitation of Business Concepts with regards to business process, internal controls, control design, business risks, mitigation of risk, measurement of risk etc. Support the Sales and Presales teams with GRC, Security and IDM deals. Deliver GRC & IDM training for SAP Education. Facilitate project resourcing requirements and Scope of Work exercises for GRC & IDM. Facilitate Architecture requirements for GRC, Security & IDM landscape alongside the technical team.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Degree in business or managements sciences. SAP certification in GRC Access Controls and/or SAP certification in SAP Security and Authorizations. Qualification in IT Audit or IT Security. Strong knowledge of the Technical and Functional aspects of SAP NW Identity Management. Advanced Business understanding of the IT Compliance process and exposure to Governance process topics. Australian Citizenship/Work permit required. Advantageous: Process controls concept and the management thereof Risk and Enterprise Risk Management topics. Design and implementation of complex SAP authorizations models. SAP Provisioning framework including ECC, HR, BI, CRM, SRM, PI, Business Objects, SAP Java UM, Enterprise Portal UM, Novell eDirectory and Active Directory Implementation experience with SAP Fraud Management and SAP Audit Management. Knowledge of SAP Single Sign On and SSO concepts. Good understanding of and Exposure to Identity Management, LDAP integration (e.g. Windows AD) and single sign on. SAP NetWeaver and technical skills and exposure to NWBC and Portal integration. Knowledge of SAP Datamarts and BI Reporting framework for GRC.

We require a university graduate with information management degrees or high educative status and interest on IT related areas to undergo a graduates program to achieving consultant practice as SAP GRC & Security (including IDM) projects within the Melbourne/Sydney Market. He/She must have: Major degree in IT related university degree.
Demonstrated capability to work within IT security areas in regards with applications and database and/or operating systems. Business process know how on legal aspects concerning governance & risk compliances.
